  • Networking: Exchanging with your mentor and being part of the mentoring program, is a formidable opportunity to expand your network of contacts, meet valuable people that could accelerate your progression, put you in touch with a potential employer.

Studies demonstrate that when you share your goals with someone which opinions you respect, you are twice as likely to achieve them than if you keep it to yourself. QPWN Mentoring programme

As part of our long standing and successful Mentoring Programme, QPWN is delighted to invite female entrepreneurs and professionals, starting out in their career or looking for new ideas to develop their skills, to apply to become mentees for our mentoring programme. As a mentee, you will benefit from experienced female professionals across many disciplines and sectors. Your mentor will guide you in developing your skills, enhance your professional development and expand your network

We are also delighted to invite professional women across various disciplines and sectors to apply to become mentors to aspiring female entrepreneurs and professionals.  As a mentor, you will guide your mentee in developing her skills, enhance her professional development and expand her network.

Each mentorship team will work together to determine the focus of their specific mentoring programme and how they will interact over the year and are expected to meet at least once a month.

QPWN will carefully review all applications and arrange interviews to select a number of  mutually suitable and appropriate mentoring pairs to join the Mentoring Programme.  The programme success will be monitored and measured over the year by QPWN to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship for both the mentor and mentee.

Application Requirements

Applications are OPEN for the QPWN 2023/24 Mentoring Programme!

If you are an aspiring young professional, entrepreneur, university student or graduate and are interested in having a mentor / becoming a mentee, please stay tuned for next years programme when applications open again in the fall of 2024.

If you are an experienced professional woman or entrepreneur with five or more years of work experience and are interested in mentoring an aspiring young woman, you can become a mentor. Mentor candidates can be of any age, nationality or field of work.

Candidates must be living in Qatar currently and for the duration of the programme which runs for a 12 month period each year.
